A .Zapak Plus is a Games on Demand service which offers hundreds of full version high quality games to broadband users. Users can choose games from different genres like Action, Arcade, Casual, Sports, Racing and Strategy.

Q. How does it work?
A. Once you have subscribed to one of our collections, you can play on any computer with a broadband connection. You have unlimited access to all the games in the collection you have picked. You simply download the games you wish via internet connection. The download is at the maximum speed supported by your broadband connection. You can download a game as many times as you want. Once downloaded, the game is permanently stored on your PC hard-drive (unless you remove it). While you are playing, you are connected to Zapak Plus servers that confirms in real-time that you have the relevant subscription.

Q. How many types of Games does Zapak Plus offer?
A. Zapak Plus offers a vast choice of games, covering all genres (action, adventure, strategy). The games offered are both new releases and older games. All the games we offer, we offer indefinitely. Zapak Plus is 100% legal, the games' developers have accorded us the rights to distribute their games and we in turn pay them royalties.

Q. Am I subscribing for a set length of time?
A. You will be subscribing for Zapak Plus for 1 month at a time or 3 Months time depending on your choice.

Q. How can I download games?
A. It is the simplest process you will come across:
All you have to do is get logged in on to ZapakPlus using your Zapak ID and password.
Player will have to select the game he wants to play. Player will be taken to game description page where games description and images will be displayed. There will be a button Play Now below the image which player will have to click.
Once Play Now button is clicked, download manager in the client will open up and the game will start downloading in downloads tab.

Q. Do I have to download the game every time I want to play it?
A. No, you only download the game once. After that, the game is stored on your PC's hard drive (unless you delete it), and the game will start when you click on the Play button.

Q. Will I get charged for the games I have downloaded?
A. Depending on your Internet plan you will be charged accordingly via your ISP.

Q. Can I set up multiple games download?
A. Yes, you can schedule the download of several games at the same time. This allows you to launch the download of your next game while playing another one.

Q. How do I manage the space taken up by the games on my hard drive?
A. The games take the same amount of space as if you had installed them from the CD-rom. If your hard disk is filling up, you can easily delete a game. You can even delete the game but keep your saved games so you can play again if you decide to download the game again later.

Q. Do I need to install the game on my PC?
A. No, you do not have to do anything: the game downloaded is a pre-installed version; just click on Play to launch.

Q. Can I keep a game, even if I cancel my subscription?
A. The game will stay on your hard drive, but you cannot play it if you are no longer subscribed (whatever the reason). If you reactivate your account, you can launch all the games you have downloaded to your hard drive.

Q. How often do you add new games?
A. Generally, we add between 3 and 5 new games are added each month. Our team works hard every day to get you best of the high quality full version games.

Q. How do I know if my PC can play a game?
A. The in-game system requirements will vary with every game. Each game has its minimum system requirement displayed on its respected game page. Compare your system to the game's system requirements to ensure smooth game playing.

Q. Can I use Zapakplus Games with Mac, Linux or UNIX?
A. No. Currently the Zapakplus Games service is available for Microsoft Windows 2000, XP, Vista and Windows 7 operating systems only. It does support 64 bit operating systems as well.

Q. What is the Zapakplus Player?
A. The Zapakplus Player is required to download and play games. You will be asked to install the player when you launch / download or a game for the first time.
This small download is not intrusive, will not corrupt your PC or install anything on it other than itself, and is not a spyware. You must authorize it to connect to Internet if ever you have a firewall installed on your PC.
